Wolf Reel Media: Why Their Visuals Are Extraordinary

by

Lights, camera… drone?

Welcome to The Reel Perspective, where creativity takes flight—literally! Today, we’re zooming in on the visual wizards at Wolf Reel Visuals, a team that’s redefining how New Hampshire sees real estate and commercial imagery.

The Reel Perspective

Host 1

(00:00):
Welcome to the Real Perspective. Today we’re diving into the creative world of Wolf Reel Visuals, discovering who they are, what drives their craft, and why their visuals are anything but ordinary.

Host 2

(00:11):
Yeah. They really are doing some, uh, some standout work, especially here in New Hampshire. It’s all about visual marketing these days. And they seem to get that.

Host 1

(00:19):
Absolutely. It’s like they’ve tapped into how crucial visuals are not just for, you know, selling houses, but for businesses building their whole brand identity.

Host 2

(00:26):
Totally. They’re positioning themselves as this kind of, um, one stop branding shop using visuals, high quality stuff, latest tech. It’s smart.

Host 1

(00:35):
It feels essential now. You can’t just have mediocre photos anymore, can you? You need something that actually like grabs people.

Host 2

(00:41):
Exactly. And the data, especially in real estate, it really shows this. You mentioned stats.

Host 1

(00:46):
Yeah. I saw something like 83% of buyers saying pictures are key to even deciding to see a place.

Host 2

(00:52):
That’s the one 83%. It’s huge. It basically means your online photos are the first showing that first impression is almost all visual.

Host 1

(01:00):
Wow. So good photos aren’t just nice. They’re critical.

Host 2

(01:04):
Yeah.

Host 1

(01:05):
And it’s moving beyond just stills. Right. Video’s becoming a big deal too.

Host 2

(01:08):
Oh, definitely. Real estate videography. People find it really useful. Something like, uh, 56% said it was very useful.

Host 1

(01:15):
56%.

Host 2

(01:16):
Okay. Yeah. It gives you a much better sense of the place, the layout, how rooms connect things. You don’t always get from photos alone.

Host 1

(01:23):
Right. The flow.

Host 2

(01:23):
Exactly the flow. And think about this, nearly 40% of buyers are using websites that have video embedded right there in the listing.

Host 1

(01:32):
So if you don’t have video, you’re potentially missing out on, well, almost 4 out of 10 buyers.

Host 2

(01:38):
Pretty much. It’s becoming an expectation.

Host 1

(01:40):
And does that include drone stuff too? Aerial views. I could see how that would be amazing. For like bigger homes or showing the area

Host 2

(01:47):
For sure. Aerial drone photography and videography. It’s part of that trend. That same 39% stat about video usage. It applies there too. Okay. It just gives you this incredible perspective. You see the whole property, the yard, the neighborhood, the context, ground level shots just can’t capture that.

Host 1

(02:05):
Yeah. That complete picture. It’s interesting though, with all this high tech imaging that something basic like a floor plan is still so important.

Host 2

(02:14):
It really is. You hear that? What one in five buyers might just skip a listing if it doesn’t have a floor plan

Host 1

(02:20):
One in five. Why do you think that is?

Host 2

(02:21):
Yeah.

Host 1

(02:22):
With all the video and photos.

Host 2

(02:23):
Well, I think um, the visuals sell the dream. Maybe the feel, but the floor plan sells the reality, the practical side.

Host 1

(02:32):
Ah, okay. Like where does my sofa go?

Host 2

(02:35):
Exactly. How does this space actually work for me in my life? It anchors the visuals in practicality.

Host 1

(02:40):
That makes a lot of sense. Now what about those really immersive experiences like uh, the 3D tours? Wolf Reel visuals does Matterport.

Host 2

(02:47):
They do. Matterport is, well, it’s like creating a digital copy, a digital twin of the house. Right. So buyers can just, you know, click around and walk through the entire place online anytime, anywhere.

Host 1

(02:58):
That’s pretty cool.

Host 2

(02:59):
It’s huge for realtors too. It makes their listings look more premium. Attracts buyers who are maybe more serious and honestly it can help sell faster. They also mentioned iGuide, which is another technology doing similar things. Creating those virtual tours.

Host 1

(03:14):
So it really makes the listing stand out like a 24/7 open house basically.

Host 2

(03:18):
Kind of, yeah. Without the realtor needing to be there constantly. It’s efficient.

Host 1

(03:22):
And what if the house isn’t even built yet? I saw they do digital renderings too.

Host 2

(03:27):
Exactly. That’s crucial for new builds or developments. Renderings take the plans the blueprints and turn them into well realistic pictures of what it will look like.

Host 1

(03:35):
So you can sell the vision.

Host 2

(03:37):
You got it. Yeah. Helps buyers connect emotionally, visualize the finished space, the materials, everything. It makes the intangible tangible.

Host 1

(03:44):
That’s powerful. Okay, so they’ve got real estate covered from every angle it seems, but they’re not just real estate. Right. Commercial work too.

Host 2

(03:51):
That’s right. They do commercial photography, helping businesses get sort of a unified visual style telling their brand story through images.

Host 1

(03:59):
Consistent look and feel.

Host 2

(04:01):
Yeah. Which is so important for branding. And that extends to products as well. Their product, branding, photography. It’s about making products look stunning.

Host 1

(04:10):
Those crucial first impressions online again.

Host 2

(04:13):
Absolutely. You scroll past in a second if the image isn’t compelling, they talk about creating lasting impressions

Host 1

(04:18):
And their tagline kind of sums it up, doesn’t it? Empowering you with creativity and technology.

Host 2

(04:24):
It really does. It’s that mix the artistic eye and the, you know, the tech tools to bring it to life.

Host 1

(04:29):
So what are people actually saying? The clients? ’cause they have a lot of five star Google reviews. Like 89 and counting. Yeah.

Host 2

(04:37):
The feedback is overwhelmingly positive. It tells a story. You see comments praising the quality, the professionalism, the results.

Host 1

(04:44):
Like what specifically?

Host 2

(04:46):
Well, uh, there’s drone guy, NH Alan, getting props for his great work and knowledge, especially with drones. Okay. Then Michelle McNall highlights how responsive they are, how they go above and beyond and deliver like really exciting photos and videos for her listings.

Host 1

(05:00):
Exceeding expectations. That’s always good to hear.

Host 2

(05:03):
Definitely. And Lock Associates Inc. Calls them professional, outstanding, really tuned into what the client needs. They even said they’re looking forward to working together again.

Host 1

(05:12):
Building relationships, not just doing jobs.

Host 2

(05:14):
Seems Like it. Royce Wright Jr. Mentioned they were fantastic to work with. Friendly, talented, super fast on scheduling and getting the photos back. And he liked that. The photos looked great, but not, you know, over edited. Natural.

Host 1

(05:26):
That’s a fine line to walk. Sounds like they nail it.

Host 2

(05:29):
Right. Rachel Xavier calls Alan a true professional, a master of his craft, timely, understands the market, calls him an asset.

Host 1

(05:37):
High praise.

Host 2

(05:38):
And even someone who just found them on Google, Tiago Gomes was impressed, said they had the perfect package, great price, great insights. And the photos just showed the home. Really well said he’d call again.

Host 1

(05:49):
So putting it all together. Yeah. The wide range of services, photos, video, drones, floor plans, 3D tours, renderings. For both real estate and businesses.

Host 2

(06:00):
Right.

Host 1

(06:01):
Plus all this amazing client feedback.

Host 2

(06:03):
Yeah.

Host 1

(06:04):
It really paints a picture of why they’re considered, you know, a leader up there in New Hampshire.

Host 2

(06:08):
I think. So they cover a lot of ground too. Geographically. Bedford, Concord, Manchester, the Lakes region, the Seacoast.

Host 1

(06:16):
Yeah. Pretty wide service area.

Host 2

(06:18):
And that guarantee they offer professional real estate photography with satisfaction. Guaranteed. That adds another layer of trust, doesn’t it?

Host 1

(06:27):
It really does. Shows they stand behind their work. Makes sense why they have their reputation. They do.

Host 2

(06:31):
Yeah. It all adds up to a really strong offering.

Host 1

(06:34):
So if you’re listening and this sounds like something you need, uh, where can people find out more?

Host 2

(06:38):
